The following FAQ contains answers to the most commonly reported issues when starting SkyBots for the first time.

We currently only support MEmu.

If SkyBots keeps loading, please go through all of the steps below:
  • Ensure that you have correctly entered your license key. The format should be XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Avoid manually entering your key; paste directly from your email or sign in using your SkyBots account.
  • Verify that your Internet connection is active and that your Android emulator is running with the game you wish to bot. If you do not have an Android emulator installed, please check this guide for installing MEmu on Windows.
  • Ensure that your anti-virus software is not inadvertently blocking SkyBots or your Android emulator.
  • Ensure that your firewall is not blocking requests to our servers (test this by disabling it fully).
  • Run SkyBots as administrator by right-clicking the file and selecting "Run as administrator".
  • Restart your computer and retry.
If problems persist even after following all of the above steps please reach out through one of the channels listed at the top of this page.

If you find that SkyBots does not perform a given feature, please first and foremost ensure that your emulator is configurated as prescribed here for MEmu. Additionally, please make sure that the language of the game in question is set to English. If you continue to experience issues, please submit a bug report detailing the matter and we will look into it. You may also reach out through one of the above contact options and explain the issue there.

At the moment, no, you will need to run the software on your own computer. We are investigating our options, however. Stay tuned.

The only limit is the hardware of your computer. Most systems should be able to handle anywhere from 15 to 30 accounts at once (i.e. in parallel/concurrently).

Awesome! If you have purchased a license, our systems will automatically send an email to your PayPal associated mail within ~10 minutes of PayPal confirming the transaction. Depending on your payment method (e.g. by e-check), this may take some time. Please ensure that your spam filter does not block @skybots.org emails!

No worries, simply close SkyBots and reopen it. Paste your license key or sign in once prompted.
