Your access to and use of the Service is based on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information, images or software) on SkyBots' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
    1. modify or copy the materials;
    2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
    3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SkyBots' website;
    4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
    5. transfer the materials to another person or β€œmirror” the materials on any other server.
  2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by SkyBots at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials, or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Refund Policy

All products sold by SkyBots are intangible, irrevocable license keys, thus, except when required by law, paid Subscription fees or any other payments for our Services are non-refundable unless we, in the rare case, deside otherwise. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this prior to making a purchase. Furthermore, we do not bear any responsibility in regards to software incompatibility issues (related to 3rd-party applications or those of our own, with the exception of claims explicitly made on each product page). Thus, we do not accept refund/return requests based on those grounds.

We always offer a full free trial (exact replica of the full product), and it is therefore your responsibility to ensure the software runs as intended before making a purchase.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy very seriously. As such, any sensitive information (for example, data directly related to payments such as credit card numbers) is never stored by us.
